Adults with “very bad” self-rated health reported the highest proportion of poor well-being across all measures; over half (57.4%) reported high levels of anxiety.
Over 4 in 10 (46.5%) adults reported low levels of happiness compared with those with “very good health” (14.8% and 3.8%, respectively).
People who describe themselves as happy tend to have fewer health problems, a lower risk of depression, and longer lives.

THE STORY

Over the past 16 years I have worked within Education and alongside that, became a personal trainer. I love the feeling of sharing knowledge with others and offering support and guidance to drive them to achievement. This achievement is relative to the goal set out; but the satisfaction is immeasurable and totally uplifting, for all involved.

Coming away from Education and entering the Personal Performance Lifestyle Coaching arena has simply been breath taking.  When someone puts their mind to something, there is a determination, resilience, and commitment to succeed. Along with the environment to nurture and develop that goal or ambition, there can be a journey that changes them, their habits, and their outlook, that will last a lifetime.

Hitting the 40s I have spent decades training to be at the peak of my fitness and have a real purpose to my training. Finding the motivation and energy to work and train full time is draining. Sacrifice is inevitable. I have developed the skills of moderation, balance, and priorities…this remains to be a work in progress, as life is forever changing. But the feeling of being at my best version; physically and emotionally, is a wonderful feeling.

I would love to share my knowledge, determination, empathy, motivation, support, and guidance with you. New habits will come, change will take place, and the best version of yourself will shine through.
